My Individual Goals for the 2025 season are: I will have bi-weekly checkins with players I will always be prepared with practice plans I will use player feedback to support practice plans I will incorporate mental toughness into practice discussions early in the season I will teach the rules & expectations to help players understand the CBHS program & continue on with the tradition that has been built Team Goals: Foster a team first, player second mentality Players promote & show integrity & sportsmanship at all times Players are proud of themselves, teammates & CBHS tennis
